Calling All Garlic Lovers  

Garlic fans will love this quick and super healthy snack; chop several fresh cloves and add a pinch of sea salt, olive oil & you’re done!  Add to a few tamari rice crackers & you’ve got an immune boosting snack.

Over the years, there have been a lot of scientific studies done that have concluded the anti-inflammatory & anti-fungal effects that garlic have on the body.

I’d recommend having this snack after you get home from work.  This is for obvious reasons; you don’t want to scare away your colleagues with your garlic breath.
