Love the Taste of Coffee, But Need a Caffeine Break?
I’ve got no plans to omit it anytime soon but I’m trying to cut down a little. Coffee is acidic and too much can put stress on the adrenal glands. I recently found an alternative which has zero caffeine and is very low calorie.
Pero or Cafix are great options and you can find them at Amazon.com or your local health food store.
Try with your favorite milk, stevia and whipped cream. Or, add cocoa powder for a healthy mocha alternative.
