Register for an Event – It Holds You Accountable! 

What better way to stick to an exercise routine than to commit to an upcoming event? Whether it’s your first 5K, a yoga retreat, hike or bicycling race, registering for something will help hold you accountable.

You can also team up with others participating in the event to train together.  It’s a great way to enjoy social time with others and blow off steam when the stress of life drives you crazy!

Getting Started 

Check out your town’s local clubs to get started. Most cities offer running clubs, meet-up groups, etc.  It doesn’t matter if you workout regularly or not, there’s something out there for you! 🙂
