Why spend money on infused water when you can make your own, save money and reduce waste? Here are some of my favorite add-ins:
- Cucumber + lemon
- Lemon Balm
- Lime and Mint
- Lemon slices
You can also add pieces of fresh fruit (e.g. oranges, apples, pineapple, melon, etc.) to your water. Not only does it taste amazing, but infusing your water provides your body with electrolytes, vitamins and minerals. You can refill your water bottle throughout the day but I’d recommend using fresh fruits/veggies/herbs daily. Not only will your water taste better but you’ll reap more nutritional benefits.
