Nutritional Yeast = A Must-Try!

Nutritional yeast is amazing – it’s versatile and great for vegans and vegetarians since it contains vitamins/minerals and adds a cheesy flavor to sauces, side dishes and meals.  Here’s my favorite brand and you can get it at most every health food store. 


Nutritional yeast makes a great vegan cheesy sauce; all you need are a few pantry staples and nutritional yeast.  This recipe is perfect as an appetizer (pair with crackers, pretzels, etc.).  Here’s a vegan version that you can use to sprinkle on pasta, salad, kale chips, baked potatoes, pizza, popcorn, etc.
