House Plants are Good for You. They’re an excellent way to naturally freshen the air, reduce stress and even heal, both at home and at the office. They can even reduce headaches and fatigue. Now is a great time to add plants to your space as fall’s shorter days and cooler temperatures make it more challenging to get outside and enjoy mother nature.
Some of my favorite plants that are pretty easy to care for include: bamboo, peace lily and ivy. A few places that have a great selection of these plants include: Ikea (excellent for bamboo), Lowe’s/Home Depot or your local nursery. It doesn’t take a lot of time or work to care for house plants and the benefits are worth it.
