- Eat a square of 70% (or higher) dark chocolate. Scientific studies have concluded that the flavanols are good for you! Better yet, enjoy a cup of homemade hot cocoa.
- Take a few long, deep breaths. You can do this right now, wherever you are.
- Send warm thoughts to someone you love.
- Write a quick email and send to a friend you haven’t spoken to in awhile.
- Stretch. Roll your shoulders, bend over and try to touch your toes, etc. Your body will thank you 🙂
