Got Five Minutes? Try One of These

034Time is precious & there are only so many minutes in the day.  Here are five ways to instantly boost your mood:

  1. Eat a square of 70% (or higher) dark chocolate.  Scientific studies have concluded that the flavanols are good for you!  Better yet, enjoy a cup of homemade hot cocoa.
  2. Take a few long, deep breaths.  You can do this right now, wherever you are.
  3. Send warm thoughts to someone you love.
  4. Write a quick email and send to a friend you haven’t spoken to in awhile.
  5. Stretch.  Roll your shoulders, bend over and try to touch your toes, etc.  Your body will thank you 🙂
