My Story: My yoga journey began about 10 years ago in Hatha Yoga. Since then, I’ve learned so much about yoga and it’s helped balance my life by encouraging me to live in the moment, increase my flexibility and strength and love others unconditionally.
In October 2014, I received by Hatha Yoga teaching certification through Yandara Institute in California. My teaching style is compassionate and I focus heavily on proper breathing and body awareness. I love how yoga deepens body awareness and teaches us how to open our hearts and allow more love into our lives.
Certified in both Hatha Yoga and Reiki, I teach vinyasa flow, yoga for beginners, pranayama (breathing) and restorative yoga. Please reach out to me anytime with any questions you may have or to schedule a private yoga or Reiki session.
